在女性意識增加的社會裡,創造一種女性的細膩。

 

擁有117年歷史,

起源於東京築地日式牛丼品牌吉野家,

細膩觀察台北人之飲食需求,

主打女性市場並轉型強調養生蔬食手工餐點,

給予台北人新的衝擊及另一種生活體驗。

 

日式老品牌賦予的和心侘寂精神,

設計出發點由日式傳統建築精神去發展,

室內空間以一根老檜木去貫穿空間延續性,

象徵性傳達歷史上與視覺上的延伸傳承,

老檜木的香氣透過流動進入顧客內心,

具象物件變流露了自然生命溫度,

隱約日式質調中搭配後現代純淨白色的原味自然,

空間中保留施工中之水泥原色,物件的粗糙自然本位,

另一側將樓梯行走時能觸及的牆面保留磚牆的肌理,使空間有了觸感,

潔白覆蓋了工業風的黑色鐵件,形構上展現日式老花窗對稱線條。

 

延續日式風格的優雅,且加入現代工業風潮流,

細膩遇上粗曠,兩者相互抗衡,並在其中尋找美感及樂趣,

同時隱藏著想跳脫原本規則,創造新生活概念的想法。

To create a slow-paced living atmosphere within a modern yet busy metropolis; to create a feminine delicacy in a society with increasing feminine consciousness.

 

With a 117-year history, the Yoshinoya brand of Japanese style beef don (beef covered rice bowls) that originated from Tsukiji, Tokyo finely observed the dietary needs of people in Taipei, decides to focus on the female market with a transition towards an emphasis on healthy vegetarian handmade dishes, providing a new contrast and a different life style experience to the people in Taipei.

 

The Wabi-sabi (Wabi sabi represents comprehensive Japanese  world view or aesthetic centered on the acceptance of transience and imperfection.) spirituality instilled in the old Japanese brand provided a design starting point, which initiates from the traditional Japanese architecture essence. The interior spatial continuity is connected through an old piece of cypress wood, symbolizing the extension of heritage, both historical and sensual. The moving fragrant aroma of the cypress wood flows into the heart of the customers, changing figurative objects reveal the temperature of the natural life; the original naturalness of the modern pure white is complimented by post faint Japanese texture. The space preserves the original concrete color, as well as the rugged original positioning of the objects, throughout the construction. The staircase on the other side preserved the texture of the bricks on the walls that can be touched while walking. Pure white covered the black industrial metal pieces, presenting a contrasting line against the old Japanese windows.

 

Continuing the elegance of the Japanese style, infused with the modern industrial trend, delicacy meets ruggedness; the two contrasting yet find beauty and joy from within. At the same time, hiding the idea of thinking outside the box and creating a new life concept.
